Job description
Responsibilities:
- Effectively review, analyse and resolve disputes
- Investigate and monitor disputed transactions for possible fraudulent behaviors and patterns
- Provide an in-depth analysis of chargebacks in order to help us evaluate the risk involved
- Identify tactics that can prevent and reduce claims
- Support any new initiatives
- Evaluate and help identify potential issues that may impact workflow
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team to implement prevention measures
- Interact with the Poshmark community about sensitive issues in a very professional manner
6-Month Accomplishments:
- Familiar with various Chargebacks processes and procedures
- Monitor, investigate, and resolve disputes effectively
- Analyze situations, issues and emerging risks
- Proactively communicate the identified trends, patterns and risks with peers
12+ Month Accomplishments:
- Complete and exceed all 6-month responsibilities
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities independently
- Help the team members as a subject matter expert
- Forecast chargeback liability based on the metrics
- Work on a few ongoing projects at a time
Desired Skills:
- Minimum 0-1 year’s experience in the dispute process. Fresher’s can apply
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Highly motivated, team and customer focused mindset
- Strong management, analytical and problem solving skills
- Detail Oriented- Exercise extreme attention to detail; be accurate, organized and productive
